Unikcare Solutions provide personal care and practical care tasks as follows:
Care and Support When You Need It
We provide high quality care and support in a way which supports the independence of individuals and enables them to remain in their own homes if possible. In addition to this, Unikcare Solutions adopts and implements the Care Quality Commission (CQC) values to compassionate care where clients are placed are the heart of the care and where we provide personal care with compassion, dignity, respect and promote independence, fairness, health and well-being.
We work closely with service users and their families. We provide 24-hour (24/7) care for individuals aged 18 years and above. Our staff are on call day and night and nominated staff on call in case of emergency. Our staff are trained to offer emotional support, reduce risks and hazards in the client’s home/s and assist with daily tasks and activities.

Lifestyle Support
Our lifestyle support package aids clients with domestic tasks around the home, outings such as shopping and monthly days out and attending GP and hospital appointments.
Our Services Include:
Arranging transport or escorts for our clients
Carrying out light domestic duties, laundry, ironing, bedmaking and vacuuming
Meal preparation, nutrition/fluids monitoring
Weekly visits to assist with shopping and small errands
Companionship and activities-monthly outings and meals
Personal Care
We understand that it can be a struggle to maintain your personal hygiene care needs due to physical or mental difficulties, like living with Dementia. We cover a range of personal care services, and this could be just assistance in and out of the bath, assistance with hair washing and grooming or being assisted with dressing and undressing.
Our care staff are fully trained to assist with administration of medication and recording on the client’s Medication Administration Record Sheets. They are also trained in catheter care and PEG feeding.
Our Services Include:
Assistance with walking and transferring from bed to chair/wheelchair
Bathing/showering and grooming assistance
Toileting and incontinence care
Medication supervision and reminders
Safety with their home
Dressing and undressing
Catheter care, stoma care and PEG feeding
End of Life Care
We understand that there are a lot of people who now choose to pass peacefully in the comfort of their homes. Our staff receive rigorous training for Palliative and End of Life Care.
They have the knowledge and skills to work with other members of the multi-disciplinary team such as District Nurses, GPs, Hospice staff etc to ensure that the clients remain comfortable until the end.
