Unikcare Solutions Ltd is a family-run and family-owned domiciliary care agency providing high-quality, person-centred care to individuals in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes.

Established in 2021, Unikcare Solutions Ltd has continued to grow while maintaining a strong focus on delivering safe, compassionate and reliable care services to the people we support.

Our head office is based in Morecambe, with our dedicated training hub located in Bare, providing a central location for staff development, training and ongoing professional learning.

We currently employ over 80 members of staff, who work together to provide high standards of care and support across the local community.

The organisation is led by Mildred and Joe, our Registered Managers, who are both fully qualified nurses. Their professional experience and hands-on approach provide strong leadership and oversight, ensuring that quality, safety and the individual needs of the people we support remain at the heart of our services.
